Recipe, Ingredient List | Instructions:
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
Filling
- 3 pints fresh marionberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1⁄4 tsp cornstarch
- 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Topping: Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in all other topping ingredients.
3. Filling: mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter.
4. Pour filling mix into a baking dish.
5. Spoon dollops of the topping mix over the filling.
6. Bake for 40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
